Outside appearance is nice, lobby and dining area smelled clean. Room was clean but very "compact"...had King bed and separate sink/vanity area. Bathroom was a toilet sitting across from glass shower door (an extended stall style), with a sliding pocket door to bedroom. Exhaust fan did not work, and shower/toilet area needs extra shelving since vanity is not within reach - shower had one small soapcake size shelf. Size of room would be more appropriate for 1 person during an extended stay.

Location was ideal for trip to Gettysburg -- far enough away yet convenient and easy to find. My sister and I took our 3 children there -- odd number of 5 for room -- but we got 2 doubles and a pullout sofa which were all outstanding. Room was exceptionally clean -- staff was very courteous -- continental breakfast was above average. The hotel is in a very quiet area off of Rt. 15 -- seems very safe. I expected an 'average' hotel for this rate in a somewhat small town -- instead, I got a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended.
