  I made my reservations 6 weeks in advance and requested and confirmed a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room and was told there were no non-smoking rooms ...

  I made my reservations 6 weeks in advance and requested and confirmed a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room and was told there were no non-smoking rooms available. There were burn holes in the bed spread, the carpet was dirty. There was no cold water from the sink faucet. The windows were dirty and one of the electrical outlets did not work. There is no internet access. The cable T.V. reception faded in and out of static.
