We enjoyed a nice night at this hotel. With our AARP discount it was a good bargain compared to the other hotels I researched. The hot breakfast saved us money and filled us up. Towels were a bit scratchy but other than that no complaints. I felt safe here too.

I recently traveled to Kenosha for business and I'm very happy I chose to stay at this hotel. I stayed for 5 days and have no complaints. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. The front desk clerk was helpful in assisting me with faxing and printing. Breakfast was unbelievable! They offered a better breakfast than most of the upper scale hotels I stay in. I felt I got a lot for my money here and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The bar inside the hotel is very nice too. They have food and it was nice to not have to go out driving in a town that I was unfamiliar with to get something for dinner.

Had a chance to tay at the Best Western in Kenosha for the Harley Davidson 105th Anniversary!!! Found the staff very helpful with directions to differnt activities we wanted to go to over the weekend as well as areas to ride and enjoy the local scenary. Rooms were clean and daily maid service was what I expected. They have a lounge I think it was Rush lounge. Bartenders were a great group had a lot of fun. Hotel is close to expressway and outlet malls although we didnt get to em. All in all it was a good stay a what appears to be well run establishment

When my family stayed at this hotel there was nothing but WRONG: The pool has a ring of what looked like mold around the rim My room would not blatch. When I asked why the manager said the humidity may have caused it. The fram is steel and the door a fabricated wood. The service was an obomination. The best way to describe it was pronounced indifference

We reserved a king sized bed and when we checked in found only a double in the room. When we asked the front desk about it, the lady there said ""It's a king"". They abviously have no idea what a king bed looks like! They never acknowledged that the bed was only a double
