Skip the buffet breakfast. This is the second time we tried the breakfast. The first time was early in the morning and they were not quick. This time was mid-morning and we tried the buffet. The syrup was as thick as cold molasses. The peaches were hard. We found enough to eat but the quality was really bad. The beds are comfortable. The price through Travelocity was good. I might not pay full price for this hotel, but at a discount it was really good. The band at night was across the lobby from the front desk and was very loud. We had a hard time hearing the front desk clerk. We could not hear the band in our room. No offensive odors. (Red Roof Inn- across the street -smells nasty.) For food close by: Bob Evans and Subway are in the same parking lot. Very convenient location --right off the highway. We did not notice any highway noise.

The best hotel we have stayed in Cincinnati. Excellent service. Great room. Wonderful bed. I slept really good; they give you some relaxation CD that is really good and some other goodies that help you sleep better. Excellent high-speed wireless internet; it was easy to connect and fast enough to watch the news online. I loved the bathroom. It was perfectly clean; no mold, no stains on the carpet, no stains anywhere! I made a special request and my request was answered in minutes! I did not have to call them twice to remind them about my special request. It was very quiet at night. I loved the small gym. My husband and I used it every morning. The pool is nice. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the interstate. In other words, we loved it and you will too. My husband just reminded me to mention on the review that after the cleaning lady cleaned our room, a manager came to our room to see if the cleaning person did a good job. She had a check list and asked us if we were satisfied and we said yes. This is the first time we see this type of quality control in a hotel.
