I never knew you could experience such a wonderful destination, such as Bonita Springs, Florida. Picture yourself checking into a first class Resort. The staff greets you and opens your door from the moment you enter. The Front Office clerk welcomes you with a smile and talks about all the wonderful things you could experience. This location is perfect for a family looking for Rest and Relaxation. I am just taken back and also enjoyed the free boat ride to their Private Beach Island. We spent the day enjoying the sunshine and looking for the best shells ever. My kids want to go back as soon as possible. We will defintely stay again. We were treated like Royalty!

I spent two nights at the Hyatt with my son and a friend and her son. We had a blast! The pool was fun, the lazy river was the best and the Hyatt Kids Club was more than we expected. They have daily activities for kids, a fire pit at night where you can make smores, etc. I am already planning another trip!!! The room was clean and modern and the staff was polite, helpful and attentive.

We visited this hotel once and did not think we could afford it. We got a great package deal with flights, hotel and rental car - definitely a must if you want to travel on your own! This resort has one of the friendliest, if not the friendliest, staff we have encountered in all of our travels. The resort was very well maintained, beautiful and clean - as were the rooms. Everything seemed very posh and whatever they spray in the lobby and the rooms is wonderful - and inviting! The rooms were spacious and inviting! It was very nice to have a refrigerator (albiet small) and electronic safe in the room. Large flat screen television and an alarm clock where we could dock and charge our iPods was very nice! We had a nice little balcony overlooking the garden area and it was very quiet. The fitness center is one of the nicest ones I have been in. It has great, new, commercial grade equipment including numerous treadmills, seated and recumbent bicycles and eliptical runners. All cardio fitness machines have internal televisions with cable tv and fresh headphones for you to use while using them. The resistance training room has a plethora of rubber covered dumbells, Lifefitness (if I remember correctly) resistance stations, double-cable weight and pull-up station, bosu balls, double-handle medicine balls and stretch mats - plus a large, flat-screen television to watch. There was a pool with fountain, a pool with a great water slide and ""beach"" entry for everyone and pool that was more ""quiet"" - all nice and plenty of lounge chairs. The boardwalk was nice and led to the Gulf/Estero Bay. Take the time to sit in the hammock with your significant other! Restaurants, bars and coffee shop were pricey! Great shopping nearby!

Just had a short stay during September 2008, but it was the greatest. This hotel is one of the best managed hotels that I have experienced. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, and when asked, all indicated they loved working at the Hyatt. The accomodations and food/bar service left nothing to be desired. Will return for another visit.
