  Fresh, clean, bright and attractively decorated--even the artwork on the walls is several steps above similarly priced places. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast in a cheerful setting. The location is nothing to write home about--the only view is the Home Depot across the street--but there's easy freeway access. The room was quiet, the beds extremely comfortable and there was no "squeam factor" about the blankets or covers.

  I was delighted with this hotel.. from the gracious desk staff to the room layout, comfortable bed and thick towels. The continental breakfast was a step above the usual, including fresh belgian waffles, eggs & sausage. Everything was clean and well kept. Kudos!

  We stayed at the Phoenix Inn in Albany. This was a very nice place, very clean, room was nice..bed very comfortable. I have stayed in Phoenix Inn other places, always the same...can count on them to be nice.
