We stayed here (myself w/ my spouse and 2 children) for 1 night and had it not have been storming outside (for hours) we would have packed up and left! Although the hotel is supposably being renovated it is quite nasty! We were on a serious budget and figured for 1 night we would be okay....trust me when I tell you that you get what you pay for. Don't stay here. We've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express down the road a little which cost more but was well worth the difference - and there you get a decent continental breakfast. We didn't sleep much all night. Go somewhere else!!!

We had two rooms. When we entered the building, the smell was like a pet store which is not kept clean. In the first room the beds had no sheets or blankets. In the second room the smoke detector was ripped from the wall. We were moved to two different rooms and this is where we encountered the cockroaches. We left at this point.

Was down here on vacation with family, Staff was great and very helpfull. Hotel was clean and comfortable. We coudlnt not beat the price for a weekly rentil. Looked into Condos and they where close to $* dollars we stayed at the hotel and they had kitchens in the rooms our weekly rates was $* no where else are you going to get this deal. Hotel was clean and everything was fine.

Customer service horrible. Manager stays onsite and gave us wrong directions. When we finally arrived he was very rude and tempermental. He gave us a handicap room that was dirty and when we called corporate to complain about the downgraded room we were given they said that a handicap room is an UPGRADE!!! POOR SERVICE!!! POOR MANAGEMENT!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The cheap price is not worth it!!!!

We have stayed in the hilton Head area on 2 previous occasions. We were lloking for a hotel that offered kitchen facilities as we were staying for a week and dreaded eating out every night. The outside of the hotel looks like the pictures but the interior, once you pass the lobby area needs to be gutted. This hotel caters to workers who are in the area for a long stay. The rooms are small and everything needs to be repaired. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. On the positive side the staff were friendly and their service was good.
