Before traveling I read a review from October, 2006 that the fitness center had only a treadmill, and it was broken. Time had passed, so I was optimistic. The treadmill was inoperable, due to a missing activation key. The staff stated that "kids from a ball club" had taken the key, and they were "trying to order a replacement".

I was treated poorly when I asked for change to use the hotel's provided washer and dryer. They should have a change machine if it's so much of a bother to ask for change. I called and asked for extra towels and shampoo, but I was told I would have to come down and get it myself because housekeeping wouldn't be in for another hour. One of the reason's I picked this location was the fact they had a workout room. It was a joke, there was only a treadmill which I might add, was broken.

10/23/2006Ceiling leaked in my room during heavy rain--manager moved me into a huge suite at no extra charge. clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, good amenities. very reasonably priced.

Great Place to Stay
06/05/2006We had a king suite and our toilet was not working correctly and they gave us the key to a larger suite to use at our convenience.
