We arrived late in the evening, checked in and went to our room. I had reserved one room, two queen beds and there was only one bed. I returned to the front desk, having left ALL our stuff in the room. I presented the clerk with my online confirmation and she stated their system showed only one bed for the reservation - after reviewing my confirmation paperwork she graciously changed us to a 2 queen size bed room. The kids were hungry and I obtained a sandwich and drink for them to split; had it put on our room tab. They were still hungy so I purchased two more sandwiches - cash payment. The next morning, the three sandwiches and one drink were on my room tab. I presented the situation and credit request to the morning shift staff and they immediately credited my credit card. The pool was great for the kids, hot tub a little too hot, and continental breakfast was okay. You are given the opportunity while perusing the buffet to purchase the buffet for an additional fee - not too keen on that. However, the wait staff were very attentive and pleasant. Overall, a very nice stay with superb staff!

On the day of arrival, I was phoned and told that due to water damage I would not get the 3 double queen rooms that I reserved. Instead I would get 3 king rooms with a fold out love seat. These accomodations worked out for us because we were 3 couples with kids. For our trouble, we were all treated to the breakfast buffet which by the way was excellent. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. This place was a breath of fresh air following an awful hotel experience the night before.

Only down is was I asked for a smoking room and was given a non smoking room. Upon asking about this at the front desk they simply sent me an ash tray. No problem with me but the next person might not enjoy.
