  We recently stayed at this motel and overall experience was good. Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel appeared to be old but as it says it is in front of a river , but not all the rooms face the river, ours did. Breakfast is ok-usual continental breakfast which I dont care for much.
  Our room was small but clean which I care for the most. It is closer to beaches and other entertainment.
  
  Bottomline; if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep this motel is not bad.

  My sister and i stayed for around 11 days on two occasions, and found the staff extremely courteous and friendly.
