  The location was great -- easy to get to Mall of America; however the room cleaniness left something to be desired -- the front of the toilet was dirty. Also, when two people laid on the bed, we rolled to the middle.

  I was on a business trip, and when i went to bed and pulled back the covers i found ""crabs"". no kidding aside, 3 crabs ran away from the light ...

  I was on a business trip, and when I went to bed and pulled back the covers I found ""CRABS"". No kidding aside, 3 crabs ran away from the light when I pulled the comforter back. I called front desk and they took so long at night to come to my room. All they did was switch my room, offered no compensation. Microwave and shower were not cleaned when I arrived. I feel very strongly based on this experience that one should not stay in this hotel! Also, my remote was broken and it took 2 days to fix.

  First off the toilet would not shut off keeping my family up at night, because no other room was available. carpet looked like my 10 year old son installed it. ...

  first off the toilet would not shut off keeping my family up at night, because no other room was available. carpet looked like my 10 year old son installed it. tap leaked also. waiting at the front desk for 10 mins because i caught service desk person was playing games on the computer. they didnt seem to care my little girl had a hard time sleeping because the toilet would not shut off
