    It was my huband and me on this trip. The hotel inside is very clean and beautifully decorated. We had a seperate bedroom from the ""office"" area, and we even had a small kitchenette with its own sink, microwave, and fridge. All very clean. The shower was clean and felt great. Breakfast was AMAZING. Cook to order omlets and things like hot/cold cereal, bacon/sausage, scrambled eggs, french toast station, pancakes, fruit, everything u can think of. A little far from downtown Cleveland, about a 40 min drive, but doable. For the price, approx. **/night, it was above our expectations. Bad things, the hotel clerk first gave us room keys to an already occupied room (but they fixed it quick, LOL) and they freely advertise ""hot tea and coffee whenever you want"" but the room only had coffee and trying to get a tea bag from the hotel staff was ridiculously complicated, even trying to get a fork for some leftovers we had from another restaurant was more difficult than what it should have been. Also, we had our ""do not disturb"" sign out and housekeeping knocked and tried opening the door anyways (good thing the doors double-lock). But overall, the staff was friendly and for the cleanliness and value, we would definately stay here again.

    Excellent overall value. Several pieces of equipment in the exercise facility are in need of repair - simple pully cords in some instances that have not been repaired since we stayed at the hotel in late November 2007 - this should be fixed!
    Matresses were way too soft - first time that we have experienced such an unsupportive matress during at least 8 visits to this hotel!
    This hotel has the best "included in price" breakfast buffet!
    Great location, convenient to interstate routes to downtorn Cleveland, or to both east and west sides of the city.

    Excellent value. We have stayed here several times. The best breakfast buffet we've found in this type of hotel anywhere! Good size indoor pool! This time, several of the machines in the fitness room were in need of service however. Convenient access to interstate highways to downdown, east or west sides of Cleveland.
