08/13/2009Nice, quiet hotel on fantastic grounds. linens and towels were very soft. unfortunately, there is no laundry facility on site for those attending baseball camps.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff treats you very friendly and professional. The hoel is beautiful, only to be surpassed by the beautiful landscape. You will be awed by Southern Comfort and hospitality along with a senseSouthern architecture.

The staff working the service desk seemed to be inexperienced. They called the room 3 times after 9:30 pm asking for another guest not in that room. They also did not inform a service employee that we were staying there, and he showed up to change out the air filter. The hotel was beautiful, and the ambiance was really nice. The rooms are decorated very well. Beyond that, the walls were a bit thin and we could hear neighbors above and beside us.

This hotel will exceed your expectations. When driving onto the grounds you will feel like you have gone back in time to the days of Thomas Jefferson. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable and meet your needs. There are many shopping centers to meet your family's needs a short driving distance away. I would highly recommend this hotel!
