  I was not pleased with the condition of this hotel. the beds were terrible; furniture in the room, lobby, and laundry room were so soiled i wouldn't even sit ...

  I was not pleased with the condition of this hotel. The beds were terrible; furniture in the room, lobby, and laundry room were so soiled I wouldn't even sit on them; carpet in hallways was filthy; elevator had a terrible odor. I was so embarrased to have my family stay there. Its a disgrace to the Comfort Inn to allow it to be in such poor condition. Also - there was only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel. Would not recommend staying here again.

  Ok for a modest hotel, comfot inn, outside of waterville. nothing special, but reasonable rates and clean and quiet. exercise club pretty lame, and breakfast buffet was pathetic.
