  The room was terrible and not at all as was pictured online. my back is still recovering from very, very uncomfortable bed. no ac and boiling hot room. rudely awoken ...

  The room was terrible and not at all as was pictured online. My back is still recovering from very, very uncomfortable bed. No AC and boiling hot room. Rudely awoken early every morning with slamming doors, screaming children, and loud housekeeping staff. Pool was nice and room was clean, staff was friendly but ineffective. If you're looking for a room at the base of the mountain (currenty tons of very loud construction in the summer) and only a place to sleep at night (and don't mind sleeping on rock hard bed), this room will probably be ok. If not...spend a little extra and go somewhere nice.

  They failed to tell us we had a smoking room at booking time. they tried to clean the room, but it still stunk. we had no hot water and rust ...

  They failed to tell us we had a smoking room at booking time. They tried to clean the room, but it still stunk. We had no hot water and rust came pouring out of the bathtub faucet.
