  My husband and I stayed in this hotel with our five month old son. Not only were all of the workers friendly, but very persistant about asking if we needed anything. They asked us almost everytime we saw them if we needed anything else and if we did, they would get it right to us. We would definately stay here again if we decided to come to Kearney again.

  We stayed here because they allow pets. They don't tell you that you can only stay in a SMOKING room with a Pet. Those rooms are in need of repair -- connecting door wouldn't shut or lock, lamps didn't work, coffee pot didn't work, shower didn't work. Mgmt did nothing about the complaints. Said they'd had no other complaints. And they'd make a note not to rent the room next to us since we said the door wouldn't shut. Nobody would come to inspect. DON'T STAY HERE!
