  We arrived at 9pm with a reservation and the check-in procedure took about 2 minutes. Very friendly, very efficent. The room was spotless, bathroom shined, the bed was the most comfortable we have slept on in a hotel in ages! The pillows were actually plump! The room smelled fresh and the airconditioner worked well. They had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine, with coffee and creamers, really convenient. Again, everything very clean. TV has a ton of "pay movie options" and a good amount of local channels. In the morning, the bill was already under the door with the option of pushing a "speedy" checkout button on the phone and leaving the keys in the room! We were pleasantly surprised to find a hotel within 20 minutes of downtown Richmond, at a very reasonable price with excelllent safety and service, with free parking to boot!

  We've stayed here several times while visiting relatives in Richmond. The place is just beautiful - probably the nicest we've ever stayed at anywhere! And the price is excellent. We like the mini-suites as it allows comfortable seating and separation if needed. The staff if first rate as well.

  I really enjoyed the staff at Hilton Garden Inn. My wife and I only wish we had the time to stay longer. Everything was very pleasant and exceeded our expectations. Being the hotel industry myself I can appreciate high quality when it comes to hotels and feeling totally relaxed.
