  Waited in lobby forever to get any kind of help. Finally had to track down the employee to get help. Turns out the employee was to busy playing games on the computer (the computer thats there for the customers). A guy was in the lobby when we walked in and he left because he couldn't get any help. Rooms were NASTY. Found bugs in bath tub, spiders in corner of room. Had dirty towels in room and it took forever to get clean towels. Front desk lady was EXTREMLY rude and when I asked her name she would not give it to me. Then asked for managers name and she would not give it to me. Called the next day to talk to the manager and she was just as rude!!! Manager has no people skills whatsoever. I can not believe the way I was treated. Well never ever stay in this hotel again and I'm telling everyone about this place! STAY AWAY!!!

  We made a reservation online. When we arrived ,they did not have available the room we had purchased! First he tried to give us a smoking room.he said he would give us 20% discount,because they were full.We left for dinner and came back,there was an cancellation,so we received an non-smoking room.One of the beds,had a bug between the sheets. Towels were dirty. The lock on our door would not lock,took 6 hours to fix,the next day.We did not have a microwave,refrig. or recliner!

  The high speed Internet was the primary reason I selected this hotel. The workout facility is a joke - 1 bike / 1 treadmill. You can only fit two people in the work out room - really small. Probably ok for a family whose kids want to swim. Not for the business traveler that like to work out!

  We like the pool after the kids have to leave at night. the jacuzzi is nice, too. adequate breakfast. i really enjoy the firsplace w/ my coffee in the morn.
