All I have to say is that we had to change hotels at 3 a.m. because there were so many bed bugs. This motel should be shut down until they get things really cleaned up. Never again! It was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel or motel.The service was also very, very bad!

We checked in and got toour room to find that there was hair in the sink, tub and wadded up toilet paper on the bathroom floor also the towel bar in the bathroom is hanging by a thread. In the frig was someone elses drinks and the coffe pot had a half pot of coffe with a used filter in the basket. So I was concerned if this room even had clean sheets so I brought up my own to sleep on. The room looked like it had a fight and the room lost. The carpet had scorched spot where some one had ironed on the floor and burned the carpet the room presented it self that it was dirty. So the next day I told the clerk at the desk and the response was "Sorry but I should of called housekeeping" why should I call housekeeping I was under the impression that you only rent clean rooms. So I called the Corporate office to complain and it took me a week to speak to someone and their response was about the same as the hotels, it seems neither care about the patrons of there hotel and there opinions.

We had reservations and our room was in the middle of a party going on at each side of us and above us. No one went out of their way to ask the guests to keep it down. We asked to be moved. We were moved to a non-smoking room that smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere. My husband tried to turn on the air conditioner to blow out some of the odor but the air conditioner smelled of smoke also. We asked for a refund and they asked us to try one more room and so we did and it worked out OK; no noise or smoke. The room wasn't cleaned very good, we never have enough towels. Our reversation was for two days and they kept asking us if we were staying the full amount of time. Maybe folks in the past don't stay for the duration of the reservation. This was our third and last time to stay there. When we visit the Hunstsville area, we will steer clear of this hotel and stay somewhere else even if we have to pay alot more. It will be worth it.

The rooms were not clean and the staff had a lot of difficulty communicating in English. We had a guaranteed reservation and they called at 6:45 PM wanting to cancel our stay. We also booked in advance for a king room but ended up with 2 doubles. It was cheap, and I guess you get what you pay for!
