The room had a pest problem, worn out carpet, and someone messed with my car in the overcrowded parking lot. I don't know if all the rooms are like this, but mine certainly wasn't acceptable. I asked to be moved to another room, but the desk attendant said that a few roaches in a normal thing in hotels. That may be true, but when it's not normal in my book when you leave your food out and return to find baby roaches in your food. Otherwise, the room had all of the amenities and was good. I just don't think this motel is good for the enormous price paid.

Stayed for one night while visiting family. The staff was polite, but not overly friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was completely booked the night we were there and was still very quiet. Will definitely stay again when visiting.

We checked in and everything seemed fine until my wife had an allergic reaction to the bedspread. I asked the manager to move us and they did, but this time the room had a slight ROACH problem!! I told the manager and he told me that I was being a little too picky! In addition, our neighbor had his new car broken into at night time. This was a nightmare. I think most of the hotels in the area have similar problems, so we moved to one of the smaller hotels located in Russellville.
