  My mother and I stayed at the Hotel Amarano during our visit. The hotel was lovely and the customer service exceeded our expectations. We were there to attend the Ellen Show and selected this hotel because of its close proximity (walking distance) to NBC studios. The hotel manager was very friend and helpful, as he provided us with street by street directions to our destination. Although the hotel restaurant and in room dining were very expensive, the food was excellent. Also, there is a strip mall directly across the street which provides resonably priced dining alternatives such as a supermarket, sandwich shop, starbuck's, japanese take-out restaurant,etc. Did I forget to mention the great LCD TV and fabulous bed??!! I travel approximately 4-6 times per year, and was pleased at how satisfied I was with this hotel. I definitely recommend it.
