I stayed here while passing through for a funeral. The room was okay, not great. In the middle of the afternoon, I noticed a smell coming from the bathroom. I called the front desk to let them know and they said they would take care of it. They did not. In the morning the smell was so bad, I got out as quick as I could. I told the lady at the front desk about the problem and she told me that it wasn't a big deal. I was absolutely disgusted at her response and the attitude with it. I called later that afternoon to speak with the manager and left a message. After three days of not hearing from them, I called the company. I still have yet to hear back from them. I will never stay here ever again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

This is a very nice well maintained hotel with a friendly staff. My complaint is that the bathroom fan is on the same switch as the lights.So, you couldn't leave the light on with the door ajar without hearing the LOUD fan noise. I mententioned it at check out and was told all the rooms are like that. We're seniors and like to leave the bathroom light on with the door ajar, so we wouldn't stay there again.
