I checked in at 10:30 am after flying all night. Being part of the aircrew we have rooms set aside, (or so we should have) I had to wait 4 hours in a room where the window didn't fit and cold air was constantly blowing in. When I reported this to the front desk, they said they knew about it but didn't think it was a big deal. I only have so many hours crew rest and they already wasted 4 of those trying to find me a room. Finally after going down to the lobby AGAIN, I was treated rudely, but did get another room. I don't think they turned the heat on in this one, but at least the window isn't going to blow out. Would never stay here again if it wasn't for the fact that our company has a contract with them.

The people workiing at this hotel are so friendly and helpful. There was a small problem with my credit card charge for the room, and they spent the time to resolve the issue, smiling the entire time, and accepting the responsibility, even though it wasn't their error. The room was clean, the pub great, and the restaurant had wonderful food with good wine and great service. Within walking distance is a bank, pharmacy, other restaurants (ask about Penz, with their early evening specials; there's also a pub). All-in-all, a great place to stay.
