  My wife and I were very disappointed with the Europa Tyrol Hotel, Innsbruck. We arrived around 10:00pm only to be told that the hotel did not have a room for us. I pointed out that it was prepaid and guaranteed. The owner arrived and was reluctant to do anything for us, and took quite a supercilious tone. Perhaps to prevent the scene becoming uglier, she somehow miraculously found a room. We went to the room and discovered it had no air conditioning and was very hot. Later we saw other guests checking in. Obviously they weren't full when we arrived.
