The hotel was just what we were looking for. Clean room, full kitchen, comfortable bed and good rates. We found all that at Crestwood Suites. The staff was kind and very helpful and made our stay that much better. We will be back next time we are in the Nashvill area.

Instead if this facility being one of the extended stay hotels for business people, it seemed like it was a placed for displaced people. Residents loitered outside of the building. Hall noise was disruptive well after 10 pm. The room was somewhat a bargain, but not quite what I bargained for.

This was an extended stay motel. No maid service from the time we checked in Thursday until we checked out Monday. The beds were too short. I'm 5'10" and my feet went all the way to the end. The rooms smelled dusty liked they hadn't been cleaned in a while. One of the rooms had a leak from the AC in the wall. It kept a pretty good portion of the carpet wet most of the time and didn't smell to good either. The furniture was pretty beat up overall. This is not a place I intend to stay at again even if I have to buy airline tickets without hotel choices. Pretty disappointed overall.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. While it wan't the most extravagant hotel we have ever stay at it was a pleasant experience. It had a well equipped kitchen with great accommodations. The staff that we dealt with were excellent and friendly. The maids were great and friendly as well. Would stay here again. We were attending a convention downtown although the travel time was a little further than staying directly downtown. It was nice to get a way each day from down town. It was about 20 min travel tops. No traffic to speak of even on game day. Hotel was in good location write down the street from many restaurants and a mall. Overall a pleasant stay and will stay again!
