The Crestwood Suites was super. We found the hotel on Travelocity and we are so glad we did. We got a nice clean room at a great price. Staff was really nice and helpful during our stay. We were visiting some family in the area and the hotel was the perfect location so we will be back soon.

The sofa was sorta stained and the bed didn't feel cozy. The bathroom was cheaply finished but for the price, this is what you expect to find. The oustide of the property is reminiscent of apartment buildings. Something cannot be obtained for nothing and it beats sleeping in a tent or even some other cheaper hotel options.

We stayed 2 nights. The first problem was that this is an extended stay hotel and people cook in these rooms. The rooms don't smell like fresh clean rooms. My first room, in fact the entire end of the hall smelled like bacon. We were disappointed with the cleanliness also. The towels were very thin and only two sets were provided. They did move us to a different room that had two beds but the loveseat was filthy with cigarette holes in it, at least it didn't smell like old lingering food. We could hear the people above us thumping about. The building and grounds were clean. If you are a business person or have need for an extended stay, this may be the best place for you especially if you don't have to stay in the room much.

This was one of the nicest ""cheap"" rooms I've ever stayed in! It was very clean. Everything worked. I had a full sized refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, dishes I didn't have to ""rent"", a coffeemaker with free coffee. The bathroom was very large with big counterspace. Also large counterspace in the kitchen/living room with 2 chairs and love seat provide ample space for eating, playing games, working, or whatever. I have family in this city and may often need to stay for several days, so the option to stay at a weekly rate or by the night is great. The hotel is very convenient to shopping. I will definately stay at this hotel again when visiting my family again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Do not let the outside fool you, the inside was not as clean as crestwood suites claims. My husband and I stayed in a Queen Suite, the loveseat was so stained that we were affraid to sit on it. The bathroom had hairs all over like it was not cleaned before , so instead of taking a quick morning shower I cleaned the shower/tub. The evening that we got into the room we foundthe perscription drug enzyte in the middle of the floor in a pet friendly room. What if our child or our pet found that before we did. When I contacted the company about all the issues the only thing they did was say sorry and gave us one free night for our next stay in the area. I dont think that I would give that stay to our worst enemy.
