I try and stay here everytime I'm in Grand Forks because its a great place to stay. I've been here several times and have enjoyed each stay. I noticed this year that they have done some really good upgrades. Theres new carpet throughout the whole hotel, new door locks, and new TV stands. Like always the staff goes above and beyound for you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. P.S. they informed me that new bedding is on the way!!

We had a double poolside room which was VERY Small. They are in the middle of renovating and our room had no baseboards so it looked unfinished. The pool area was very noisy if there were any people in it so if you want a quiet room, don't choose a poolside room. Unfortunatly one night some Men had a bit too much to drink and in the middle of the night decided to go for a very noisy swim. The staff did get them quieted down but it took a little while. All in all it was a relatively inexpensive place to stay for a few nights but I probably won't go back.

We had a double poolside room which was VERY Small. They are in the middle of renovating and our room had no baseboards so it looked unfinished. The pool area was very noisy if there were any people in it so if you want a quiet room, don't choose a poolside room. This hotel is close to shopping that you could walk if you wanted. It is close to Columbia Mall, Walmart, Super Target, etc.Lots of parking. Walking Distance to Menard's. Has WiFI internet service. The business centre is small , but good if you do not need large area to work in. Rooms are clean.
