  Not only did this hotel charge my credit card before I even arrived, but they did not stick to the deal that was made on the reservation. The room was unpleasant as well - tattered wallpaper and carpet, scratched furniture, and a damp smell. I will never stay there again, and will tell friends to avoid it.

  I paid $*, and expected to get a clean and comfortable room.
  
  here is what i got: a room with a dirty tub with standing dirty water in it; " ...

  I paid $*, and expected to get a clean and comfortable room.
  
  Here is what I got: a room with a dirty tub with standing dirty water in it; "heat-wave-shock" when I entered the room that it tood me almost an hour to cool it; "cold-water-shock" twice in my morning shower.
  
  Here is what I didn't get: facial soap; clock and hair dryer(as advertised in its ad); basic respect for the customer.
  
  Overall, I had a terrible experience with this motel, and I wouldn't be surprised to hear similar comments from others.
