  We were in town for a cheerleading competition held next door at the Ponchatrain Center. Hotel was FULL of pre-teen and teenage girls and boys. We checked in late on Friday and I had an extra kid. Night staff went out of their way to find us a roll-away. Afternoon staff (especially J) were wonderful when helping with ideas of places to eat and things to do. Even arranged a cab ride to Bourban with a cab driver who gave me his card and came back and got us. Only 15 minutes to French Quarter area
  
  Only drawback was the cost of buffet breakfast $9.95 was a little much especially for small kids (but the kids with me made up for them), And the Morning desk staff got a little irritated with the kids and shushed them several times sometimes when they weren't even that bad. Don't book a hotel full of cheerleaders and expect them to be quiet! RAH RAH!
  
  Rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping was quiet and efficient and room was well stocked with coffee, popcorn and the like. Would definately stay again.

  Very clean. staff well dressed and professional. very clean lobby area and convenient to casino for a nice evening out.
