very bad area...there were people making noise in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Lots of people walking by. We did not feel completely safe. The pool had been shut down by the Public Health Department. Not very clean. Would definitely not stay here again.

In all of my hotel stays, I have NEVER encountered a more disgusting facility. -overpowering mold smell -large white stains on carpet -exposed outlet! -filthy mirror and sink -hair in shower and on bathroom floor It was very disgusting overall. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

We called earlier to see if we could check in a few hours earlier... and they wanted us to pay a $25 fee. When we arrived, it took a long time to be attended to. Because of this we were late to the wedding we were in town for! The sheets were dirty, they wouldn't give us more than 2 towels and 2 washcloths! The cleaning staff didn't even say hello when we greeted them as we walked through the hotel! Then when we complained, they had an excuse for everything! This is the worst Baymont Inn we've every stayed in!!!

Hotel is in rundown area outside Chicago. Check in no problem. Only one towel in the room with hole. Sheets were AWFUL, could have sworn I was sleeping on a mattress cover. Really doubt the sheets were clean -bed was made so messy when we came in. If had to do it over I would insist they come change the linens. Was awakened in the middle of the night by snoring from the next room. This hotel is not clean. The pool was slimy. The hot pool was colder than the regular. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. I asked for my room NOT to be cleaned as I did not trust the staff there.
