  Both our rooms stank of stale cigarette smoke. The lobby and hallways on both floors stank too. I am usually not sensitive to smoke, but the smell was HORID and even caused sinus problems for two of us. They don't even make an attempt to cover up the smell. The rooms were NOT prepped and as a result it was like walking into an oven. It would have been nice if the staff turned on the A/C prior to our arrival, but no.... we had to let those tiny overused A/C units work all night before it even became tolerable... the smell never went away with the A/C. Management could not find any other rooms for us, despite being EMPTY (parking lot was empty too) and we had confirmed reservations for non-smoking rooms. I really can not understand the rave reviews it has on it's web site. This place was so bad, we left a day early because of the stench. If you REALLY have to stay in Green Valley, and have no choice between this place or sleeping in your car, then you should stay in your car or bring a tent.

  My husband and I stayed in an awful room with a broken down bed and the toliet did not always work right. We asked to be moved and they said there was no other rooms available. When we checked out we asked for some monies to be taken off our bill because of the terrible room and they gave us 20.00 off our bill.

  This hotel has management problems. They assigned us to the wrong room and attempted to charge us for the prepaid room we reserved. They had no shampoo and they had no coffee one morning. There was a smell of smoking throughout the hallways, though not in our nonsmoking room.

  I recently stayed at this hotel and it the best. The staff was great. It felt like home. My room was perfect. No problems with it at all. The hotel is quiet cozy. The breakfast was outstanding. I would definately stay here again.
