Needed a location in Scarborough close to relatives for a family birthday. Chose this Best Western primarily due to its location with easy access to the 401 and also due to it having free parking and a continental breakfast. Front desk personnel were very friendly and cooperative. Easy check-in and check-out. Airline lost (delayed) our luggage so front desk supplied us with toothbrushes, tootpaste, comb, razor, shaving cream, mouthwash. Continental breakfast runs from 6 am to 9:30 am and was quite adequate, but not outstanding. Two papers were available daily free of charge - USA Today and a local Toronto paper.
Room was clean with two queen size beds, carpets were fresh and clean. All rooms are non-smoking. Room had a microwave, small refrigerator and small coffee maker. Rooms were made up daily and coffee replenished daily. Room also had internet connection available, but since I did not bring a computer, was pleased to see that there were two computers available in the lobby business area at no charge. This was very helpful in locating our delayed luggage. Front desk notified us immediately upon delivery.
There was a nice steakhouse and a fast food restaurant within walking distance.
Overall, a very nice experience and will use this hotel again on our next visit. Rooms in Toronto are pricey but this hotel gives good value for the price. -

The Room was ok except for the parking lot light that showed though the curtains. The breakfast is ok, nothing special and ends very early 9am. The days we were there the hot tub was cold the first night and drained the next. The staff was not friendly at all. We moved to the hotel down the block. There was only one restaurant close and it was a steak house. Which was an improvment.
