While the staff was courteous and prompt, very vital security issues where a problem. The key cards were hard to operate but that wasn't a big deal because you didn't need a key, the doors would open just by pushing on them! Had we not returned to our room @ 1AM with sleeping children we would have accepted the night clerks offer for another room. We had choosen this hotel for the lower cost and we weren't going to use the amentities of some of the more costly chains in the area, but that is a mistake we will not make again!

Even tho the Hotel was not a five Star Hotel, the staff was 10 star. Not one employee ever gave us a hint of anything but happy and helpful, and courteousness. Hoorah to all of them
