  I have stayed here on a dozen occasions. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and above average. In this area it is by far the best hotel. If you are visiting Mease Manor it has a great rate.

  Hotel had everything we needed. it was very clean, comfortable and had a continnental b-fast with a large variety of items! definitely would stay again!!

  We've stayed at the dunedin holiday inn four x's since 10/06. during our most recent visit 09/07 we had no hot shower hot water. ...

  We've stayed at the Dunedin Holiday Inn four x's since 10/06. During our most recent visit 09/07 we had no hot shower hot water. We were there Monday-Sunday and Thursday We reported the lack of hot water to the front desk Thursday am., and Friday, Saturday and Sunday when we checked out. The AM Sunday manager told us he'd check with house keeping for a clean room for us to shower in- we didnt hear from the front desk until we checked out at 11am!!! No excuse. There is no reason that the Holiday Inn couldn't/wouldn't correct. We were checked into the Ex-Suite on top of that.
