stayed July 2009, The hotel is nasty. Long strains of hair in the sink and on bathroom floor. Red stuff on the toliet and this is the second room they put my family in. When you walk in the front door the lobby is nice even the outside is nice. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The carpets in the hallway had big stains on them. The first room was smelly and dusty. Arrived at 11pm just drove 18 hours could sleep all night. Did I mention something bite me on my face during the night,. daughter was crying because the room was horrible even my husband who never complains had issues with the room. Check out the next morining because couldn't stay another night. Staff was very nice and apoligize for the inconvience. Customer service guest relations was horrible. Stay at same hotel in 2008. Just completed renovations. amazing how much they changed in one year.

This is a nice place to stay, it is a little bit of a drive from downtown Memphis but you are rewarded with a quite place to stay. The beds are comfortable, rooms clean, staff is very friendly. There are plenty of places to eat in Olive Branch and a Wal-Mart super center is not far away. We took advantage of the in room mini fridge and microwave to save a little money, it cost a fortune to eat out every meal. This is a pet friendly hotel also.

When we checked in they had everything ready- We got in late but there was fruit and cookies still available for us. The beds were fantastic! The room was clean, breakfast was really good. There were healthy choices for breakfast - not just the usual waffles and sugar coated junk. My favorite thing about the room is NO bedspread. Those gross me out- not getting washed every day. They had washable linens. YEA! I will try to always stay with them when we travel.
