  Staff was wonderful, friendly and willing to provide additional inform about nearby attractions and overall making your stay a pleasant experience. room service was timely and rooms were clean.

  Staff was wonderful, friendly and willing to provide additional inform about nearby attractions and overall making your stay a pleasant experience. Room service was timely and rooms were clean.
  
  The water sports like sailing or katking, snorkeling, and archery were free. Staff conducted the training prior to guest trying it out. and Staff was also willing to go out with you if you requested it. The activities were a wonderful surprise given there are charges at other hotels.
  
  Only downside is food wasn't very warm at times, warming trays need some adjustment.

  My husband I loved this resort. The view of the bay is increadable. The beach is very nice. The best part was the balcony and ocean view that our room provided. The food was a little redundant, but not horrible, you defanitly won't starve! I managed to gain weight while there! The resort tends to fill up with locals (weddings and other parties) on the weekends, so it was a little too crowed at the pools for our taste. The staff was really very nice but sometimes a little slow to get drinks at the bars, but hey, your on vacation, take your time! I will go back again soon.
