After looking at the pictures online and walking into the lobby i thought i was getting a good deal for my money. As soon as I walked into my room I wanted to leave. The carpet looked as if it has never been cleaned. I had my 3 kids (4, 3, and 10 months) with me and I did not want them to touch the floor at all. We also had hair on our pillows and towels. The bathroom floor corners were packed full of hair. The first night the room was hot and muggy with the air set on 62. The second night i set the air on 45* and it finally cooled down. I would have demanded my back and checked out if I had not prepaid through online travel website (I knew my reservation was non-refundable). This brings me to my next complaint. As I was checking in, the front desk tried to charge me for the room again. After I called my bank and online travel website they finally let me check in, only to recieve another bill the morning I checked out. Good luck if you choose to stay here.

This hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated (the foyer and entrance hallways especially). The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely done. The bathroom was very clean and had all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). Service was excellent even though staffing must be difficult--the front desk woman was on 24 hours! The hotel is conveniently located--right off the freeway.

This hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated (the foyer and entrance hallways especially). The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely done.
