  My experience at this hotel was extremely good. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The rooms were clean and spacious. The frig and microwave handy. The single cup coffeemaker(wolfgang Puck) was perfect for morning cup before enjoying the complimentary breakfast.

  Hotel was clean, beds were comfy and staff was terrific!! We stayed 3 nights and have nothing bad to say about our stay. We enjoyed the pool, the cool comfortable rooms and our entire visit! I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Gillette.

  This hotel is becoming run down and dilapitated. This brand is awful, I tried to use my points and it was pulling teeth. This hotel itself is wore down and not in good condition. Everything in my room was tattered and overused. The bed was very old and it was caving in the center. The furniture is scratched and beat up. The carpet is wore out and it smells very bad. In fact the entire hotel has a mildewy smell now. The cleanliness was poor and I did have to wipe down everything in the bathroom before I used it. I have stayed here many times, but it has not been maintained well. I am a frequent traveler and I was staying at the Holiday Inn for priority club points, but they were booked. So I tried the Marriott in town and it much nicer and the rewards points with Marriott actually get you somewhere. Try the new Marriott hotel in town, it was undoubtedly built for business like all Marriotts are.
