The front staff was very very nice, HOWEVER the hotel was under some MAJOR construction and it was very very dirty. Dust all over the hallways, beds in the hallways. Just didn't make you feel very comfortable going through the hallways with a bunch of people working and people working in the room next store to you.

Dealing with the hotel has been nothing but a nightmare. I booked and paid for this room through Travel agency yet the hotel started billing my credit card on the day I checked out. To date over $400 has been charged to my account because of the hotel. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Room wise - shower had about 5 spouts working. Shower insert not attached to wall and hole in shower wall. Mold on ceiling tile and floor.

The Hotel is difficult to find but because it is set so far back you are shielded from the traffic noise. Very nice and comfortable. The pool was cold. Everything else was wonderful.

We stayed 3 nights. One night we didn't have hot water. Another night we had MICE in our room! We got little help from the manager! She offered 1 night refund. Still waiting for the check!! Would not recommend!!
