  We had a wonderful time in this ideally located (only two blocks from Eyer Sq and one block from both bus stations) but oddly positioned hotel - in a cul-de-sac in what looks to be an office park. If you were driving to the hotel from the airport (Shannon) without GPS or good written directions one could easily miss it. Nevertheless the hotel was spotless and the service and housekeeping was excellent. Rooms were generously sized and the king bed was luxuriously comfortable.. One thing though -no coffeemaker in room and the only coffee provided was instant decaf.Breakfast buffet was very good. The spa was as advertised -perhaps the best in Ireland. A great base for exploring Galway
