Hotel has undergone a complete remodel. My room was clean and roomy with a very comfortable bed. IIt is located just off tollway and I found many food delivery choices. I tavel 100% the time and I have made this the hotel... the one I stay with when in Elgin.

Was in Elgin for business and stayed at this hotel. Front Desk staff was rude and unprofessional (did not greet me and wore tored jeans). The rooms was very dirty in my opinion. Carpet was faded, furniture scratched, and bedding had wrinkles. This is not a subpar Country Inn.

Was in Elgin for business and stayed at this hotel. Front Desk staff was rude and unprofessional (did not greet me and wore tored jeans). The rooms was very dirty in my opinion. Carpet was faded, furniture scratched, and bedding had wrinkles. This is not a subpar Country Inn.
