Holiday Inn is one of my favorite to stay and I really was satisfied with this one. The hotel is in a very convenient location. No problem in reaching They have got all the basic amenities, the staff was really helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and they gave me a room with new bed. Did not have any problem in sleep We had problem with shower (did not have much waterflow) and the sink water went down slowly. But since we were leaving in the morning, complained to them and left. They assured it will be addressed.

This was the worst weekend we have ever had in a hotel. We had a room which did not have any soaps, lotions, etc, no coffee and condiments for coffee maker. The bed looked as if someone had been laying on it and it was hard as a rock. We put 3 mattress covers and three blankets on the bed, under the sheets, and it made no difference whatso ever. We, along with several friends were there for a tournament and everyone had some kind of problem. One room did not have a telephone and did not have clean linen on the bed and only 1 towel in the room. Another couples' key would not work in their door and they were told by the manager to "leave it propped open". An elderly couple was given a key to their room and when they opened the door it was a room be renovated. There was no furniture, walls, carpet or anything. They advertise a complimentary breakfast which they did not have, then they were suppose to have coffee and doughnuts, which they did not have the first day.

    1. Concrete beds
    2. inoperable light switches
    3. Slimy carpet, which smelled like wet dogs
    4. Bedsheets have brown stains
    5. Front door lock worked half of the time
    6. Rollaway bed with springs in the mattress!
    7. Concrete beds
My sisters and I could not sleep on the miserable beds - someone needs to try them, or put the rollaway mattress on the floor as my sister did and sleep on those springs. Unbelievable! But the foyer was magnificent! This review is the absolute truth.

Located right off the interstate (a bit too close for my taste, but we weren't bothered by noise), the service in this inn rates an A+++. Staff came to hold doors for us when we entered or exited the lobby (when does that happen in a motel?!), and both motel and restaurant staff were attentive and very pleasant. The room was spacious, attractively decorated and clean. A surprisingly good restaurant (note: the possum pie does NOT contain possum!) is on site. Kudos to the landscaper, who created lovely grounds and poolside gardens. We did not travel with a dog, but noticed others were treated very kindly by the staff.
The only downside we found was that the pool is closed after Labor Day weekend, although it remained filled and well maintained when we were there. Torture to see such an inviting environment on a warm Arkansas evening and not be able to enjoy it fully.
We would be willing to drive an extra hour or two to stay in this Holiday Inn again.
