This past weekend my husband and I along with my parents booked 2 rooms for 1 night at this location. It seemed to be a good choice as we were traveling from West TN to Knoxville to attend a UT game. When I made the reservations I told the reservation clerk at the hotel that we would be arriving late on Friday night. My mother and I went in to get our rooms and had to wait 10-15 minutes with no one at the front desk. (It was only about 9:30). Finaly a guest who had already checked into the property came along and found a child who said her mom was upstairs helping someone else would be down shortly to assist us. She then sent her mom a text message and someone finally came down to check us in. My parents were tired from a long day of driving (for them) or we would not have stayed there. The service at the front desk was very unprofessional and I won't stay there again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The indoor pool was great. We arrived just 20 minutes before the pool was scheduled to close, and had promised my 4 year old that we would swim. They allowed us to stay in the pool even after it was supposed to have closed for the night. The breakfast was so-so, the fruit was going bad and items were not replenished.

My husband and I experience several bad hotel stays on our holiday trip this year. This hotel was NOT one of them. We were greeted warmly, upgraded to a suite and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
