On Monday (03/10/08), I called and verified that room contained sleeper sofa for my 2 children, minifridge since I'm diabetic, and rate total of $56.75 prior to making reservation.
Upon checkin on Wednesday (03/12/08), hotel tried charging me an additional $6.00 for minifridge of which I declined. Then Hotel charged me $57.13 instead of $56.75.
Spoke to manager and manager would not honor quoted rate of $56.75.
Room (and hotel) was dirty, didn't even bother using the shower in the bathroom.
Pool was over-clornated (I'm a pool owner), jucuzzi was broken, close to train tracks.
Contential breakfast was the worst I've ever had, stale packaged donut strips, no skim milk, no fruit. -

common areas dirty. pool area a disaster. hot tub out of order, sauna used as storage area, no heat, cld water. Room smelled bad. Smoke detector hanging from wire on ceiling-not flush. person at front desk almost rude and very unfriendly. Continental breakfasr area messy with no one correcting it. Have stayed a number of times but won't stay again

We arived late at night and got chk'd in with no problems. Didn't get to meat anyother staff since it was just an overnighter. The room was nice and clean and plenty of room for two. Over all it was a nice place to stay. Just off of I35. The map that we used to find the place was inacurate. The hotel is on the main route through town. The map has seveal turns in it that aren't needed. Had to ask directions to finnally get there. We asked a local police officer. He said he would show us how to ger there; so we followed him. We went back out to the street we were on before we made the turn from the map. Then drove right to the hotel. It was almost 2 miles further down the road.

The room looked good on arrival. Counter person was a very reserved and very hard to hear. Pool area was not kept well, facilities were not maintained. Bathroom in room smelled badly, running the vent fan all night helped. Not what I expected.
