The room was shabby for the $* pricetag. The bathroom fan didn't work, the bathroom was old/worn/dirty looking. The beds/linens were really good, but the quality of the overall room, and the staff's clear lack of concern regarding my feedback made it a disappointing experience. The front desk didn't know if the fan was supposed to be working or not, thought maybe it was being replaced. I expressed my dismay at the price for the quality, and just received a ""well, we've been booked since February"" comment. Not so great customer service!

The room was shabby for the $* pricetag. The bathroom fan didn't work, the bathroom was old/worn/dirty looking. The beds/linens were really good, but the quality of the overall room, and the staff's clear lack of concern regarding my feedback made it a disappointing experience.
