  The lobby, staff was ok. though the front office was lacking local info. room was non-smoking, but someone already smoked earlier and dirty too, bathroom was having spiders web. ...

  The lobby, staff was OK. Though the Front Office was lacking local info. Room was non-smoking, but someone already smoked earlier and dirty too, bathroom was having spiders web. Refrigerator was unplugged. The bed was OK. Very few items in the Breakfast, and was inadequate. No local maps in the lobby. At check out the guy looks General Manager/Owner, who was lagging courtesy to guest.
