  We checked in our room and we found that the bed was not made and there was even hair in the bed. We asked to have this taking care of and the housekeeping ladies got rude with us. They stood in the halls talking about us were we could hear every word they was saying. We left to go do some shopping and eat because the room was not ready due to the fact they went to work on other rooms. Later last night we had some clothes that got damaged because the floor leaks in room 131. The best part of the stay was the desk cleck I think her name was X. She was very friendly and tryed to help meet all our needs with the problems. We stay at this same motel every year to do our Christmas shopping, but after this years trip I would have to say that it was our last stay there. If you ever stay in room 131 don't plan on getting any sleep.

  I came to Bossier City for a wedding and had to make last minute reservations. This hotel was the only one available for the date I needed. I never stayed at a Microtel. This place was excellent. The front desk was very helpful - the lobby - rooms and continental breakfast was very clean. They even have a shuttle if you want to go to the casinos or basicly just see Shreveport/Bossier City. That was the best of everything. I didn't have to drive when I got to town. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

  This seems to happen way to often when I travel. I was charged twice on my card for my stay. Now, I have to spend my time to get this resolved.
  I am not happy with Microtel. When I called the desk clerk could not even help me and I could not talk with the mgr. I had to leave a voice mail.
  The web page for Microtel says the locations are independly owned. So, no help there.
