I'll preface by saying had we not checked in at 1am after traveling 600 miles and seeing a WVU football game, we would have left as quickly as we entered. We were greeted by a small roach walking on the in-room refrig and another in the bathroom walking the shower wall. When I informed the lady at the front desk in the morning, she said... and I quote..."Do you mind writing that down (about the roaches) on this piece of paper so I can tell my manager." Now, although she was a sweet lady...and, this is not HER hotel (I am guessing, I could be wrong)....and, she can't make immediate restitution (probably)...you're NOT going to at least say "sorry" or "we normally don't invite the roaches into our rooms after 11pm" etc? I was shocked at her reply. Obviously this hotel, while poorly training its employees, also neglects to spray for room guests we didn't invite.

Our room had a whirlpool tub separate from bathroom. It was very nice. The only problem I have with this hotel is the ants. I don't know how many I killed on the whirlpool and the vanity table. Plus there where 2 quarter size flying bugs. The closet looked like one tried to clean the doors but did not finish so when the light was right you could see the dirt.
