I arrived at the motel and was greeted by a clerk who didn't seem to get the idea of a travel on line prepaid room. She asked to see my American Express which I don't have one, so I showed her the card I booked with. It occurred to me I might be about to get double billed which has happened to me before. I went back down to clarify it was a prepaid room and she just really didn't understand what I was trying to tell her. She suggested talking to the manager the next morning which I did and the manager apologized to me saying it was her first week and hadn't had it explained to her how travel on line worked. On the room, they need to work on attention to detail. I found a half empty water bottle sitting on the counter and left it where I found it upon leaving. Otherwise, the room was clean and high speed internet was free. It was a nice place overall, but they really need to give their staff some training.

I stayed here for a geocaching event, and we got a good deal on room prices. This really is more of a 3-star motel. It's definitely on the lower end, but it's clean, quiet, and everything in the room functioned properly. The bed was comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful, and even opened the extensive continental breakfast area early for our group when we had to be on the road by sunrise. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is subtitled ""A Budget Hotel"" and I expected ""budget"" or even run-down accomodations. The room was small as expected but everything was very clean and new looking. The staff were friendly and helpful when I saw other guests asking advice and directions. Although the outdoor pool had just been cleaned it somehow still had stuff floating in it, so we decided against using it. The continental bfast was excellent. Location was great, not far from the riverfront with great views.

I thought this was a very nice hotel for the price. It was about * less than comparable hotels in the area. The continental breakfast was limited, but I used the money I saved to eat at a cafe. The room was clean and comfortable. I forgot my toothpaste, and they gave me a complimentary tube at the front counter. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay over the Christmas and New Years Holiday was exceptional. All the employees were very friendly. The Continental Breakfast was always consident and very good. I would recommend Inn America to anyone travel to Lewiston and any other place where Inn America is located.
