  Stayed during Jack Frost Festival, which caused the problems. Waterslide was awesome, but not opened whole time. Room was great, but didn't get room we requested - wanted loft, got normal suite. Movies couldn't be rented. First morning, waited over 1/2 hour to be seated in dining room, but second morning extra dining space available. Unlike the Delta, they didn't have any kids' activities (area with pictures to color, cookies to decorate, etc..). I was impressed that they were trying to fix the problems and all the workers were very helpful and polite. I will stay here again.
